Drywall to the right of Door 038, approximately 6ft. above the vinyl base, dent in the drywall and the patched area is unacceptable and also on the scuff marks on the vinyl base. 6. About the center of the wall between Door 038 and 039 marks on the drywall needs to be repainted. 7 . To the left of Door 039 drywall above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. 8. Drywall above Door 039, where it abuts the hollow metal frame, needs to be sanded and repainted. 9. To the right of Door 039, drywall where it abuts the hollow metal frame from floor to top of frame needs to be sanded and repainted. Irregular. 10. Door 040 is damaged on the right and left jambs and at the head and the top right corner. 11 . Drywall to the left of Door 041 needs to be sanded and repainted where it abuts the hollow metal frame. Also, above this door marks on the wall need to be cleaned and repainted . 12 . Ceiling tile directly to the top right of Door 040 and to the left of light fixture, chip in the tile and marks on the grid . 13 . Bottom right of Door 041 where drywall abuts the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted. 14. Lens cover missing on light fixture and to the south of Corridor 046 adjacent to the Exit light. 15. Top right of Door 043 marks on the drywall need to be cleaned and repainted and also to the right of top of the door frame 043 irregularity in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted . 16. Exterior Door 036, frame for weather stripping needs to be cleaned of paint and set flush to the frame. 17 . Left and right outside corners of the drywall at Door 036, needs to be sanded and repainted. 18 . Drywall between Doors 040 & 050, spots on the drywall and dirt marks etc, the whole length needs to be sanded and repainted in numerous areas . 19. Bottom right and to left of Door 045 frame is damaged. 20. East wall to the right of Corridor of 046 and in between Corridor 046 and electrical outlet, irregularities in the drywall from the floor up approximately 30 inches need to be sanded and repainted . That is also true to the right of this electrical outlet approximately 6ft plus or minus . 21 . Drywall at the east wall numerous areas the length of this wall to the south of 046 scratches in the paint from roller, fingerprints, etc . this need to be redone. 22. Vinyl base scuff marks to the left of Door 037 , approximately loft. in length . 23 . Ceiling grid is bent the ceiling gird in front of the 2nd light fixture to the north of the south wall of Corridor 036. 24. The ceiling tile to the south of the light fixture in front of Door 041 is damaged. Corridor 046 1 . Ceiling grid at the intersection of Corridor 046 & 036 is bent. 2. Ceiling tile in front of the opening of Office Area 058 & 062, fingerprints on the ceiling tile. 3 . The outside comer of the south wall at the intersection of Corridor 051 & 046 at Vestibule 057, needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Drywall to the left of Corridor 051 , between Corridor 051 and Door 069 approximately 4-5ft. in, in that comer and approximately 2-3fr. off the floor, drywall is irregular, pencil marks , glue, etc. this area needs to be cleaned, sanded and repainted. 5. Center of the wall between Corridor 051 and 069 approximately 2ft. up, irregularity in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Drywall above Door 069 needs to be cleaned of fingerprints and painted. 7 . Drywall to the bottom right and left of Door 069 needs to be sanded and repainted . 8 . The northeast outside corner at the intersection Corridor 036 & 046 needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, in this area approximately 5fr. of vinyl base is scuffed, needs to be cleaned. 9.
