All hollow metal door frames need to be repainted approximately 12 inches up from the floor on both right <br /> and left sides inside and out, and also where the hollow metal frame abuts the carpet. Scratches, glue, etc. on <br /> the hollow metal frames . Typical conditions. <br /> 7. All carpet tiles the joints need to be set flush and level in the field, along the walls and at the doors . <br /> 8. The vinyl base where it abuts the hollow metal door frames on either side needs to be cut tight to the door <br /> frame and need to be secured or glued in place . <br /> 9. All kick plates need to be cleaned of fingerprints, glue, etc. <br /> 10. All carpet needs to be vacuumed and cleaned in all the rooms, etc. <br /> 11 . All the electrical outlet devices, the plugs not the cover plates, need to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 12. No outside or inside preformed vinyl base corners have been installed. <br /> 13. All rooms wherever fingerprints and dirt marks occur need to be repainted. <br /> 15.
