Drywall between Column Al and entrance to Corridor 031 red pin marks on the drywall needs to be <br /> repainted. Also in this same area to the right of Data Outlet 33/34C approximately 8- 10ft up paint finish is <br /> very irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 41 . Entrance into Corridor 031 outside corner to left is chipped needs to be patched and repaired. Also, the top <br /> right inside corner where the header and wall meet drywall is irregular in this area needs to be sanded and <br /> repainted. <br /> 42 . Drywall above the top right portion of the header leading into Corridor 031 paint finish is irregular needs to <br /> be sanded and repainted. <br /> 43 . Electrical outlet cover plate between Corridor 031 and entrance into Door 005 has been sanded and repainted, <br /> irregular, cover plate needs to be cleaned of paint overspray . Also, to the bottom right of this area, small <br /> chips in the drywall need to be repainted. <br /> 44. Alcove leading into Door 005 left outside corners approximately 2-3ft off the floor need to be sanded and <br /> repainted. <br /> 45. Boxed out column A2 , to the right side of Alcove towards Door 005, first two feet of the drywall is very <br /> irregular, wavy, this needs to be repaired. <br /> 46. Drywall to the left of Door 005 is irregular in numerous areas from the floor to the top head of the frame <br /> needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the drywall to the bottom right of door frame 005 . <br /> 47 . Hollow metal door frame needs to be sanded and repainted at the top right comer where the paint finish is <br /> very irregular and also above the middle hinge. <br /> 48. Drywall to the right of Door 005 marks and chips and irregularities in the drywall need to be sanded, patched <br /> and repainted. That is also true of the north wall approximately 711 up off the floor. <br /> 49. Boxed out column A2, the right face which would be the east face of the column is very irregular running <br /> from the vinyl base up approximately 3-4ft.and continuing up in numerous areas this needs to be sanded and <br /> repainted and to be in flush and smooth conditions . <br /> 50. Drywall between column A2 and borrowed light BL6, numerous areas are very irregular that is above the <br /> vinyl base at the level of the counter and up along the wall approximately at the 7ft height, horizontal lines <br /> and irregularity in the drywall and also irregularity in the paint finishes. This needs to be corrected. <br /> 51 . To the left of borrowed light BL6, drywall adjacent to the frame and approximately 12 inches out on the left <br /> side is very irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the top right and left corners of <br /> this same borrowed light. <br /> 52. Drywall between borrowed lights BL6 and BL5 drywall is irregular and rough paint finish around electrical <br /> outlet and at the jambs. <br /> 53. Drywall above the heads of borrowed light 5 & 6 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 54. All carpet tiles joints need to be set flush and tight. <br /> 55 . Carpet in front of Computer Room Door 004, at the opening to Computer Room 004, dirt marks on the carpet <br /> tile need to be cleaned and other numerous areas at the electrical floor outlets, the floor outlets in front of <br /> borrowed light 3 opposite the east wall between Corridors 06 and Door 04, dirt marks on the carpet needs to <br /> be cleaned or carpeting be replaced. <br /> 56. Numerous locations of joints are not fit tight. Carpet tile joints needs to be redone or set flush. <br /> 57. Carpet tile on the floor boxes need to be glued flush and tight to the covers of the four outlet boxes. <br /> 58 . Drywall in this room is very irregular. Numerous areas of the drywall has waves at the taped joints, paint <br /> finish is rough and irregular. All this is visible from the center of the room. This is not acceptable and needs <br /> to be re-looked at and addressed. <br /> 59. Transitions between the access flooring and the concrete floor at the carpet tile, needs to be flush and level. <br /> Concerned about wear of the carpet where these joints are uneven particularly in Corridors 011 & 020 and <br /> At the Alcove to Door 004, Alcove to Door 005 & access to Corridors 024 & 025 . <br /> D O N A D I O <br /> & Associates, Architects.
