<br />Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, has
<br />adopted a Resolution vacating,
<br />abandoning, discontinuing and- clos-
<br />ing. and 'renouncing and disclaim-
<br />ing any right of said County and
<br />the public in and to any land in
<br />connection with an existing public
<br />road described as all that part of
<br />the right of way of the former
<br />State Road AIA, sometimes known
<br />as Ocean Drive, from the North
<br />line of Bethel by the Sea, Unit No.
<br />2 Subdivision, according to plat
<br />Book 3, page 32, in the office of the
<br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of In-
<br />dian River County, Florida, and
<br />extending in a Northerly direction

<br />Upon motion made by Commissioner Gifford, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and
<br />unanimously carried, the proposed typical Section submitted by the State Road Department of
<br />(Florida on State Road S-606, Job 88601-3601-22-31 (Oslo Road) was approved including the
<br />estimate of cost of $75,000.00.
<br />The Verdict of the Coroner's Jury in the matter of the body of John Aughtman, deceased
<br />was presented and ordered filed with the Clerk.
<br />A letter was received and read from Governor Leroy Collins requesting that the Juveni
<br />Judge be sent by the Board of County Commissioners and his expenses paid by the Board to the
<br />Second Annual Juvenile Judges Institute at Bartow, Florida on January 21 and 22, 195. Upon
<br />(Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried
<br />(the Board authorized the payment of such expense for Miles Mank, II, Juvenile Judge.
<br />Upon°:Motion,=mad6�-byi-Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner Gifford and
<br />(unanimously carried, the Board authorized the County Engineer to advertise for bids on $2400.00
<br />uworth of re-inforcing steel.
