<br />Board informed Mr. Kunkel that they were prohibited by law from making donations of this type.
<br />The Board further stated they would write them a letter extending thanks and commendation for
<br />their foresight in assembling and publishing a history of Indian River County
<br />Roland Miller appeared before the Board and requested the County pay for one-half
<br />the cost of Beachcomber Lane, which is a County right of way. He stated that he had contactedf

<br />Swords & Sons Asphalt Co. and they would do the work for $1400.00. He further stated that
<br />the road would be built to county specifications. Upon motion made by Commissioner Hamilton,
<br />seconded by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, the Board agreed to pay one-half w
<br />the cost of this road, or $700.00 and requested the County Engineer to see that the work was'
<br />done to County specifications.
