<br />report recommending changes and
<br />additions to the Zoning 'Resolution

<br />which said changes and additions

<br />The foregoing Notice of Zoning changes was read by the Chairman, who then asked
<br />if there were any present who wished to be heard. There being none, upon Motion made by
<br />Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, the
<br />following Resolution was adopted:
<br />R E S O L U T I O N -- Zoning Changes
<br />WHEREAS., the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, did after public
<br />.71
<br />hearing make its final report recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of
<br />Indian River County, Florida; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and addit
<br />and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in int
<br />and citizens were heard; Now, therefore
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,'
<br />that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map,
<br />be changed as follows, to -wit:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property,
<br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -Wit:
<br />The South 330 feet of the East 20 acres of Tract 7, Section 4,
<br />Township 33 South, Range 39 East;
<br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District, and from C-1, Commercial District, to C -1-A,
<br />Restricted Commercial District.
