All such resolutions <br /> shall be reviewed by the sub-Grantee who must approve them prior to their <br /> being implemented. <br /> d. Any costs incurred in the dispute resolution procedure shall be equally bome by <br /> the involved parties . <br /> d. Participants ' Employees. Participants may assign or direct specific <br /> employees to participate in , or assist with planning , coordinating and training activities <br /> associated with the implementation of the Interoperable Communications System , Any <br /> Participant' s employee assigned to , or providing planning , coordination , or <br /> instructional/training services as part of this Grant, shall at all times remain the employee <br /> of his/her respective Participant , and such employees shall remain subject to the rules <br /> and regulations , policies , procedures , orders , directives , etc. , of their respective <br /> 7 <br />
