Entire Agreement. This Agreement forms and constitutes the entire <br /> Agreement between the Participants and no other Agreements or Agreements , whether <br /> oral or written , shall be deemed to exist with regard to the specific subject matter of this <br /> Agreement. None of the provisions , terms and conditions contained in the Agreement <br /> may be added to , deleted , modified , superceded or otherwise altered , except by written <br /> amendment executed by parties hereto . <br /> Section 12. Termination . This Agreement may be terminated and of no further <br /> force and effect upon 30 (thirty) days notice in writing by any party to this Agreement to <br /> the other Participants to this Agreement. In the event one ( 1 ) of the Participants decides <br /> to terminate this Agreement, all equipment received by that Participant through this grant <br /> shall be disposed of or retained in accordance with the guidelines established by the <br /> Department of Justice or other appropriate Federal authority. <br /> Section 13. Indemnity and Insurance. <br /> a . Each Participant to this Agreement is responsible for all personal <br /> injury and property damage attributable to the negligent acts or omissions arising out of <br /> this Agreement of that party and the officers , employees and agents thereof to the extent <br /> provided by s . 768 . 28 , F . S . <br /> b . The Participants further agree that nothing contained herein shall be <br /> construed or interpreted as denying to any party any remedy or defense available to such <br /> 8 <br />
