CHILDREN ' S HOME SOCIETY INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAM <br /> Indian River County Children ' s Services Advisory Committee <br /> The program is monitored by the Indian River County CSAC , the Department of Children <br /> and Families , and United for Families to assess compliance with contracted and <br /> legislatively mandated goals . <br /> 3 . REPORTING : What will you do with this information to show that change has <br /> occurred ? How will you use or present these results to the consumer, the funder, the <br /> program , and the community ? How will you use this information to improve your <br /> program ? <br /> Data are compiled into monthly reports for programmatic purposes , and each report is <br /> reviewed by agency administration . These reports are also assessed by our regional <br /> Quality Assurance team to identify areas for improvement within the program. <br /> Quarterly and annual reports will be prepared and provided to all funding sources . <br /> Information is shared with the Statewide Coordinator for Independent Living Programs . <br /> Program staff attend statewide workshops and coordinators ' meetings to share information <br /> and ideas with other agencies that provide Independent Living services . <br /> 13 <br />
