M., Tuesday, July 7, 1959. All <br />members were present, except Donald Macdonald. Also present were Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County <br />Attorney, Ed Schmucker, County Engineer and Katherine Morrison, Deputy Clerk. <br />Upon motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and <br />unanimously carried, the minutes of June 2nd and June 16th were approved as read. <br />S <br />VERO BEACH PRESS40URNAL. <br />Published Weekly <br />Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida <br />COUNTY OF INDIAN RIVER: <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />Before the undersigned authority personally appeared J. J. Mr. Chris Robertson, who had petitioned for the changes under Item 1 <br />and Item 2, was recognized by the Chair and stated that the Post Office had requested that the <br />Commercial District extend to the alley between 10th & 11th Street instead of 330 feet from <br />Old Dixie Highway and that the remainder be rezoned to R-3 Transient District. There were no <br />objections to this further change. Also there were no objections to the requested change in <br />Item 3 of the above Notice. Therefore, upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried, the following Resolution was adopted: <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, did after public <br />hearing make its final report recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of <br />Indian River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions <br />and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in inte <br />
