<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, met at the Courthouse,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida in a regular meeting held at 9:00 o'clock A. M., Tuesday, July 7, 1959. Al:
<br />members were present, except Donald Macdonald. Also present were Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County
<br />,Attorney, Ed Schmucker, County Engineer and Katherine Morrison, Deputy Clerk.
<br />Upon motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and
<br />unanimously carried, the minutes of June 2nd and June 16th were approved as read.
