and citizens were heard; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida, and -the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />That property West of the Old Dixie Highway extending West to the alley running in a <br />North and South direction between 10th Avenue and 11th Avenue and South of the <br />Vero Beach Cemetery and North of 12th Street; <br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District, to C -1A, Restricted Commerical District. <br />2. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All of the property South of the Vero Beach Cemetery, West of Old Dixie <br />Highway, North of 12th Street and East of:r12th Avanue, except that part <br />described in paragraph 1 above; <br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District, to R-3, Transient District. <br />3. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All of the property lying West of Range Line Road and East of Ranch Road <br />and North of State Road 60 and South of,a__line 660 feet North of State Road 60; <br />be changed from R-1, Single Family.District, to C-lA, Restricted Commercial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and.as set forth and described insaid Zoning <br />Resolution. <br />A Resolution was received and read from the Board of Trustees of the Indian River <br />(County Hospital recommending that all bids received for additions and alterations to the <br />existing hospital, returnable on June 30th, be rejected, for the reason that the lowest bid <br />received was completely in excess of the architect's estimate and of the estimate of the <br />Trustees. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and <br />carried, the following Resolution was adopted: <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />WHEREAS, The Board of Trustees df the Indian River County Public Hospital advertised <br />for bids for additions and alterations of the existing hospital, removable at 2:00 P. M., <br />June 30, 1959, and; <br />WHEREAS, said Trustees have by resolution recommended to the Board of County Com- <br />missioners of Indian River County, Florida that all of the bids received be rejected and that <br />the architect readvertise for bids, Now Therefore; <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />in regular meeting on July 7, 1959 that all of said bids for the work as aforesaid be rejected <br />and that the architect'be directed to readvertise for bids. <br />• <br />1 <br />0 <br />1 <br />0 <br />1 <br />1 <br />0 <br />
