1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />157 <br />TUESDAY, May lot 1928. <br />The Bowl <br />of County Comissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met <br />at the Court House in Vero Beach, on Tuesday May lst 19289 with the following members <br />of the Board presents Geo. A. Braddock; J. W. leBruce; J. J. P. Hamilton; 0. 0. Hel- <br />p eth, and John H. Atkin, Chairman. Also present were Miles Warren, Clerk and <br />J. V. Knight Sheriff. <br />The, minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. <br />Mr John Co rsa appeared bef ore the Board respecting road near the Storm Grove, <br />and after _consideration, it was ordered that the road be marled for approximately <br />one half mile. <br />It was ordered that road on section line from North Gifford road north on <br />section line be cleared and graded, approximately 3/8 mile. <br />w_ .. qtr. J. Iv. Stinson appeared before the Board regarding road from Fellsmere road to <br />Lateral "AQ road, being an extension of Lateral "A" road. It was ordered that this <br />road be put in condition. <br />It was ordered that road known. on Engineer's records as Road B-6 west of Lateral <br />"B" be graded and marled. <br />Mr. and 1rs Goodrich of Roseland appeared before the Board regarding road from <br />Roseland to connect with Vellsmere road. It was ordered that this matter be taken <br />under consideratio#. <br />The following Road committee report was received, read and filed.- <br />ROAD <br />iled: <br />ROAD COMITTEE REPORT. <br />'fie, the undersigned committee appointed by Honorable Body on the third day of <br />.April 1928, with instructions to view and mark out the best route for a public road, <br />described <br />in the petition <br />as follows, <br />to -writ:- Commencing at <br />the west side <br />State Road <br />#4 on the <br />intersection of <br />the center <br />line of ;Section Fifteen <br />(15) Township <br />Thirty-two <br />(32) <br />Range Thirty-nine (39) F. and <br />following <br />the <br />center line of Sections <br />Fifteen (15) <br />and <br />Sixteen west to Rings Highway, <br />beg leave <br />to <br />report to your honors as <br />follows: <br />That we, after first having subscribed to the oath required by law before entering on <br />our duties make this our general report: That we, after having subscribed to the oath <br />required by law before entering on our duties make this our general report: <br />That we proceeded to the said proposed location of the said public road upon the <br />24th day of April 19289 and viewed and marked out the following as the best route for <br />said proposed road. (Said road is to be Sixty (6 0) -feet wide) <br />Commencing at the intersection of the West right -of -wait line of State <br />road number Four, and the East and West center line, Section Fifteen (15) Township <br />Thirty-tvu (32) South, Range Thirty-nine (39) East; thence West 6o the South-west <br />corner of the North-west one-quarter, Section Sixteen (16) Township Thirty0two (32) <br />South, Range Thirty-nine (39) East. Excepting, however, such portions of this right- <br />of-way as are included in the ditch and canal right of ways of the Indian River Fawns <br />Drainage District. <br />Therefore, having performed the duties required by law under the appointment of <br />your honors, we pray to be discharged. <br />E .
