Body on the third day of <br />April, 19280, with instructions to view and mark out the best route for a public roam # de <br />scribed in the petition as follows, to -wits <br />Commencing at the interseotion of East Right of V.ay line of State Road NoA <br />and .North <br />line of S.E.-k See33 Township 31 S Range 39 Be <br />Thence East to the R.IC.Co.rner of S*34 said Section Township and Range: <br />The above described line being the eeMer line of the said road <br />beg leave to report to your honors, as followss That we, after first havdng subscribed to <br />the oath required by law bef ore ent a ring on our duties make this our g en'eral reports <br />That we proceeded to the said proposed location of the said public road upon the 28th <br />day of April, 1928s, and viewed and marked out the following as the best route for said <br />proposed road. (Said road is to be Sixty (60) feet wide) <br />Commencing at the intersection of the East Right of Nay Dine of State Road <br />Number Four, and the aortia Line of the South East one quarter, Section Thirty- <br />three (33)9 ,;Township Thirty-one (31) South, Range Thirty-nine (39) East. <br />Thence East -to the North East Corner of the South East one quarter, said section <br />township, and range. <br />The above described line being the center line of said road. <br />Therefore, having performed the duteis required by law under the appointment of <br />your honors, we pray to be discharged. <br />L. Done in open session <br />It was ordered that notice be given and that after the expiration of 30 days, if <br />no p rote st is f sled, the same will be declared a public County road. <br />The Notary Public bond of Miss Nellie M. Babb, in the sum of $500.00 wit# <br />The American `Surety Company, a corporation, of New York, as surety was approved. <br />E. ¢ G. Thatcher and W . L. Sexton appeared before the Board respecting the inter- <br />national <br />national Exhibition or fair to be held at Toronto, Canada, in August, and requesting <br />donation from the Publicity fund of $350.00 to carry on publicity work at that point, <br />and after consideration, it was ordered that the sum of $350.00 be appropriated out <br />of the publicity Fund for advertisement purposes at the Toronto Exhibition, and that the <br />Chairman of the Board attend the fair or exhibition at Toronto at the expense of the <br />County, such expense to be paid from the Pub li ei ty Fund. <br />A letter was read by the Clerk from Frank C. Sehoenthaler requesting repair of <br />South Gifford road Fest of King's Highway. It was ordered that this road be repaired. <br />The following persom were appointed by the Board of' County Commissioners as <br />4 <br />Inspectors and Clerk of the Democratic Primary Election to be held Tuesday,.
