Mr. Robert E. Thompson appeared before the Board and stated he would like to rent <br />the Porhorsky house and the Board told Mr. Thompson there were two others ahead of him and if <br />neither one of them wanted the house they would so notify him. <br />The Board received copies of a City Ordinance which the City of Vero Beach would <br />like for the Board to adopt a Resolution going along with their ordinance pertaining to <br />Subdivisbhs adjacent to the City Limits. Upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded <br />by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, said City Ordinance was tabled until the Boa <br />members have time to study the Ordinance. <br />The County Attorney stated that Mr. H. V. Grumbach will convey a right of way <br />deed to the County through his property for U. S. #1 if the County will put in a sufficient <br />dyke along the S right of way line of the N. Relief Canal. Upom Motion made by Commissioner <br />Macdonald, seconded by-icommissioner Waddell and unanimously carried, the Board agreed to the <br />following: <br />August 7, 1959. <br />Mr. H. No. 1 - SRD No. 85 <br />Dear Mr. Grumbach: <br />�u�-t In consideration of your conveyance of land necessary for right <br />o way, as described in the deed comprehended under the above SRD No., <br />without cost to the county, Indian River County, acting -by and through <br />its Board of County Commissioners, herewith agrees as follows: <br />. Indian River County will purchase that part of Lot 21, Pinson <br />Subdivison, as described in the Special Warranty Deed assigned SRD No. 63, <br />and the well located thereon, from you for $650.00 said amount to be paid <br />to you within 60 days of the date of this letter. <br />2. Indian River County will assume all expenses and responsibilities <br />for moving your house to Lot 1, Pinson Subdivision, including relocation <br />of shrubbery and other plantings now on Lot 21, except for providing a new <br />well on Lot 1.
