Mr. Robert E. Thompson appeared before the Board and stated he would like to rent <br />the Porhorsky house and the Board told Mr. Thompson there were two others ahead of him and if <br />neither one of them wanted the house they would so notify him. <br />The Board received copies of a City Ordinance which the City of Vero Beach would <br />like for the Board to adopt a Resolution going along with their ordinance pertaining to <br />Subdivisbhs adjacent to the City Limits. Upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded <br />by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried, said City Ordinance was tabled until the Boa <br />members have time to study the Ordinance. <br />The County Attorney stated that Mr. H. V. Grumbach will convey a right of way <br />deed to the County through his property for U. S. #1 if the County will put in a sufficient <br />dyke along the S right of way line of the N. Relief Canal. Upom Motion made by Commissioner <br />Macdonald, seconded by-icommissioner Waddell and unanimously carried, the Board agreed to the <br />following: <br />August 7, 1959. <br />Mr. H.
