The scope of services is based on the following assumptions : <br /> • The County will provide shape files with no spaces and only containing letters a-z, numbers 0 -9 , <br /> underscores ( _) , or hyphens (-) . <br /> • The County will provide all shape files and associated files to be converted in one batch via ftp, <br /> CD , or DVD . <br /> Compensation for this task will be by Wage Cost Multiplier. Monthly invoices will be based upon raw <br /> labor multiplied by multiplier of 3 . 1 plus reimbursable costs and sub-consultant fees multiplied by a <br /> factor of 1 . 1 , with a Not To Exceed limit of $ 5 , 300 . <br /> THIS WORK AUTHORIZATION, made and entered into on this 111 day of February 2003 , <br /> by and between Indian River County and Post, Buckley, Schuh, & Jernigan, Inc .
