Cut to a minimum height of <br />2" above existing grade. <br />• Trim, protect and leave standing trees designated to remain. <br />�. • Completely remove and dispose of all vegetative debris within the limits designated <br />on the plans. <br />• Remove and dispose of existing concrete sidewalk shown on the Oslo Road <br />clearing plans. <br />• Transplant 70 cabbage palm trees from project site to the County's Harmony Oaks <br />mitigation area at Vero Shores (approx. 7 miles). Transplant 2 oak trees to South <br />County Park. Trees to be relocated will be designated by the County. <br />1 <br />r. <br />Section 1B - Photographs <br />CONTRACTOR shall take photographs of all work areas prior to construction and <br />all unusual conditions during construction. <br />Section 1C - Permits <br />The OWNER has applied for the Indian River County Right -of -Way Clearing <br />Permit. <br />Section 1D - Protection of Public <br />CONTRACTOR shall erect and maintain sufficient safeguards around all clearing <br />and grubbing operations, to protect the public from work area hazards. <br />Page 14 of 40 <br />
