Roadwav and Bridge Construction Plan Review The Engineer shall prepare one set of 6017- t, construction plans for the roadway and briduc for each of the followine entities : • Indian River Community College Indian River County Carter Associates . lnc . ( for internal QA/QC ) The Engineer- and sub,,consultants shall attend one meeting with the College and Indian Rivcr County staff to review the 60 % submittal and to discuss any updated conceptual plans . 2.8 90 % Construction I'lans Whase 220 : Upon receipt of' written comments from ( tic College . Indian River County staff, and Carter Associates , Inc . on the 6017r- construction pians and specifications , and authorization to proceed to the next phase , comments will be incorporated into the 90% construction plans and specifications .
