Roadway and Bridge Construction Plan Review The Engineer shall prepare one set of 90% construction plans for the roadway and bridge for each of the following entities : • Indian River Community College 0 Indian River County • Carter Associates . Inc . ( for internal QA/QC ) The Engineer and sub-consultants shall attend one meeting with the College and Indian River County staff to review the 90% submittal and to discuss any updated conceptual plans . 2. 9 Water Management District I'ernutting for the Roadway and Bridge Design (Phase 41 ) : The Engineer shall prepare for the College ' s signature , permit applications for the following permits : S.IRWMD ( Modification of ERP - Drainage ) • IRFWCD (Drainage Connection ) The Engineer will make the submittal on behalf of the College using the 90 % construction plans and shall respond to one ( 1 ) Request for Additional Information ( RAI) from each agency. 2. 10 Other Permitting (Phase 49 ) : The Engineer shall prepare for the College ' s signature , permit applications for the following permits , as applicable : • Florida Department of Environmental Protection — National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permitting-Including preparation of a draft Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan • Indian River County (Driveway Connection ) The Engineer will make the submittal on behalf of the Collegd using the 90% construction plans and shall respond to one ( 1 ) Request for Additional Information (RAI) from each agency. 2. 11 Final ( 100 % ) Construction Plans (Phase 23 ) : Upon receipt of written comments from College, Indian River County staff, Carter Associates , Inc . on the 90 % construction plans and specifications , and from applicable regulatory agencies , and authorization to proceed to the next phase , comments will be incorporated into the final ( 100 % ) construction plans IRCC-Assignment Authorization , March 2006 05 -0351 Mr+ eller Campus Callege Lanc Roadwm Extension & Bridge Constnictinn 6 of 15
