List your program ' s collaborative partners and the resources they are providing to the <br /> program beyond referrals and support. [NOTE : Collaborative agreement letters are <br /> not required by United Way of Indian River County.] <br /> Collaborative Agency Resources provided to the program <br /> Parent/Teacher Education Partnership of 1 . Parent education classes are offered to families in <br /> Indian River County, consisting of: participating agencies and to the community at large . <br /> ALPI, CCCR, FDLRS (Florida Combined resources allow PTEP to bring in quality <br /> Diagnostic & Learning Resources presenters of national standing . <br /> System), Florida First Start, Gifford <br /> Youth Activities Center, Head Start, 2 . PTEP provides a forum in which members share <br /> Healthy Families , Healthy Start, I.R. C . pertinent information regarding families moving from <br /> Public Health, Pre-K Early Intervention program to program within the partnership . Early <br /> Program, Pre-K Exceptional Student childhood research, innovative new programs, etc . are <br /> Education, Redland ' s Christian Migrant also shared. <br /> Ass . <br /> 3 . PTEP is a liaison between the county' s childcare <br /> providers, helping centers remain abreast of "best <br /> practices" in early childhood education. <br /> Community Church Partner' s Program CCCR and the Partner' s Program work in collaboration <br /> to assist families in setting and attaining family goals for <br /> a period of six months to a year. <br /> Community Church Community Church provides CCCR with classroom <br /> space, audiovisual equipment, and custodial services for <br /> a 4-week parenting program "Re Directing Children' s <br /> Behavior" . Spaces may be reserved for Community <br /> church parents . <br /> Indian River School System The school system tracks CCCR children through their <br /> database in terms of promotion rate. This helps CCCR <br /> document that the centers are preparing the children for <br /> kindergarten. <br /> 10 <br />
