f <br /> F . Program Committee._ The Program Committee shall be composed of members from <br /> The Board and others deemed appropriate by the committee . The Program Committee <br /> has the responsibility to work with the professional staff to set the direction of the <br /> educational goals of the CCCR program, and ensure that the educational programs <br /> being offered are consistent with the policies of the CCCR Board of Directors . <br /> G . Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee shall consist of members from <br /> The Board. The Nominating Committee shall present to The Board not later than four <br /> (4) weeks before the annual meeting a report presenting nominations consistent with <br /> these Bylaws for directors to be elected at the annual meeting . The suggested names of <br /> the nominees, who have agreed to serve if elected to The Board for the ensuing year, <br /> shall appear in the notice of the annual report . Nominations other than those being <br /> made by the Nominating Committee may be made by any member of the CCCR Board <br /> of Directors . Said nominations shall be made in writing to the Chairman of the <br /> Committee on or before fifteen ( 15 ) days preceding the annual meeting . If there are <br /> more nominations than places to be filled, the election of directors shall be by secret <br /> ballot . The directors shall be elected by a majority of the members present in person or <br /> by proxy. <br /> The Nominating Committee shall present a slate of nominees for officers to The Board <br /> one month prior to the election. Other nominations may be made from the floor, in <br /> writing, and signed by two (2) members of The Board. Voting will be done by secret <br /> ballot . <br /> ARTICLE VIII. <br /> Section 1 . The Board may from time to time decide to employ an Executive Director, Family <br /> Resource Coordinator and any other employees it may deem necessary. The Executive Director <br /> is to be hired by the Executive Committee . The Family Resource Coordinator is to be hired by <br /> the Executive Committee and supervised by the Executive Director. All other employees are to <br /> be hired and supervised by the Executive Director. <br /> ARTICLE IXI, <br /> PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY <br /> Section 1 . The rules contained in the most recent edition of Robert 's Rules of Order shall <br /> govern CCCR in all cases where they are not inconsistent with these Bylaws . <br /> ARTICLE VIV. <br /> AMENDMENTS <br /> Section 1 .
