Meetings of The Board shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month . <br /> Special meetings of The Board may be called by the President at any time, or called by the <br /> President upon the written request of one-quarter of the members of The Board . <br /> Section 8 . Any Board member/officer may be removed by a two thirds vote of The Board at <br /> any regular meeting for acts determined to not be in keeping with the intent or objectives of the <br /> Corporation, provided that written notice shall first be given at the preceding meeting and the <br /> member is informed of such charges and given an opportunity to answer or refute such charges . <br /> Section 9 . The presence of 50% + 1 of the total Board members shall constitute a quorum. <br /> ARTICLE IV <br /> BOOKS AND RECORDS <br /> The Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws of The Board, and the books, records, and papers of The <br /> Board shall at all times, upon reasonable request, be subject to inspection by any member of The <br /> Board or public . <br /> ARTICLE V <br /> OFFICERS <br /> Section 1 . The officers of The Board shall be President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, <br /> and such other officers as The Board may designate . <br /> Section 2 . All officers shall be elected directors of CCCR. <br /> Section 3 . All officers shall be elected annually by The Board at the annual meeting and shall <br /> hold office for the term of one ( 1 ) year or until their successor is duly elected. <br /> Section 4 . The Nominating Committee shall present a slate of nominees to The Board one <br /> month prior to the election. Other nominations may be made from the floor, in writing, and <br /> signed by two (2) members of The Board. Voting will be done by secret ballot . <br /> Section 5 . All vacancies in an office shall be filled by The Board without undue delay at the <br /> next regular meeting or at any special meeting specifically called for that purpose . <br /> Section 6 . Duties of the officers are : <br /> A. President. The President shall preside at all meetings of The Board and the Executive <br /> Committee of The Board. The President shall vote only in case of tie.
