Effluent Limitation <br /> ( 1 ) Whole effluent acute toxicity, using Menidia beryllina as the test organism, <br /> shall not exceed in any routine or in any additional follow-up test an LC50 of less than 100% <br /> effluent. <br /> (2 ) Whole effluent acute toxicity, using Americamysis (Mysidopsis) bahia as <br /> the test organism shall be report only . <br /> b .
