<br /> A. CONTRACTOR shall give all notices and
<br /> comply with all Laws and Regulations applicable to the 2 . Should any claim be made by any
<br /> performance of the Work . Except where otherwise such owner or occupant because of the w
<br /> expressly required by applicable Laws and performance of the Work , CONTRACTOR shall

<br /> costs , losses , and damages ( including but not limited indemnify and hold harmless OWNER,
<br /> to all fees and charges of engineers , architects , ENGINEER, ENGINEER's Consultant, and the
<br /> attorneys , and other professionals and all court or officers , directors , partners , employees , agents , '
<br /> arbitration or other dispute resolution costs) arising out and other consultants of each and any of them
<br /> of or relating to such Work; however, it shall not be from and against all claims , costs , losses , and
<br /> CONTRACTOR's primary responsibility to make damages (including but not limited to all fees
