Bond satisfactory to OWNER to secure the Completion . There shall be attached to the certificate <br /> satisfaction and discharge of such Liens ; a tentative list of items to be completed or corrected <br /> before final payment. TRACTOR reasonable access to complete or correct <br /> items on the tentative list. <br /> 14 . 04 Substantial Completion <br /> 14 . 05 Partial Utilization <br /> A. When CONTRACTOR considers the entire <br /> Work ready for its intended use CONTRACTOR shall A.
