R E S O L U T I O N <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian.River County, <br />,Florida, did after public hearing make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said re- <br />commended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a <br />public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest'and <br />citizens were heard; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />ing described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />to -wit: <br />Lots 9 to 21, inclusive, of Gabler's Subdivision, according <br />to recorded plat thereof; ALSO, <br />That part of the following described property lying West of <br />Old Dixie Highway, to -wit: <br />Begin 294 feet South of Northwest quarter of Southwest <br />quarter, run East 27.83 chains, South 146 feet, West 27.83 <br />chains, North 146 feet to beginning, less land to Jones & <br />McGuinness, in Section 12, Township 33 South, Range 39 <br />East; <br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District, to C -1-A, Restricted <br />Commercial District, provided, however, that this change in Zoning <br />as to lots 9 to 12 inclusive, shall not become effective until the <br />owners of this property have conveyed to the County a right of way <br />for the Old Dixie Highway 40 feet from the centerline as heretofore <br />established. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Resolution. <br />
