SC-6.06 .C. Add the following sentence at the end of paragraph GC-6. 06. C: <br /> OWNER or ENGINEER may furnish to any such Subcontractor, Supplier, or other individual or <br /> entity, to the extent practicable , information about amounts paid to CONTRACTOR on <br /> account of Work performed for CONTRACTOR by a particular Subcontractor, Supplier, or <br /> other individual or entity. <br /> SC -6.08 Permits <br /> SC-6 . 08 Add the following paragraphs immediately after paragraph GC-6. 08.A: <br /> B. The OWNER has obtained the following permits (copies of these permits are <br /> contained in Appendix "A"): <br /> 1 . SJRWMD <br /> 2 . <br /> C. The CONTRACTOR shall obtain and pay for all other required permits and <br /> licenses . The CONTRACTOR shall provide copies of the permits to the <br /> OWNER and ENGINEER and shall comply with all conditions contained in <br /> the permits at no extra cost to the OWNER. <br /> D . The CONTRACTOR shall be familiar with all permit requirements during <br /> construction and shall be responsible for complying with these <br /> requirements . The cost of this effort shall be included in the pay item in <br /> which the work is most closely associated with . <br /> SC -6 .10 Taxes <br /> SC-6 . 10.A Delete paragraph GC-6. 10.A in its entirety and insert the following in its place: <br /> OWNER qualifies for state and local sales tax exemption in the purchase of all material and <br /> equipment <br /> SC -6.20 Indemnification <br /> SC-6 . 20 Delete paragraph GC-6. 20 in its entirety and insert the following in its place: <br /> A. CONTRACTOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the OWNER, together <br /> with its agents , employees, elected officers and representatives , from liabilities , <br /> damages, losses, and costs, including but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees, <br /> to the extent caused by the negligence, recklessness or intentionally wrongful <br /> conduct of the CONTRACTOR and persons employed or utilized by the <br /> CONTRACTOR in the performance of this Work under this Agreement.
