This document can be <br /> purchased from Indian River County Utilities . <br /> Relocation of existing fire hydrants shall include the cost of all pipe , <br /> fittings , thrust blocks , retaining rods , trenching grading , and incidental <br /> items associated with relocation . <br /> B . Sewer Utilities <br /> The sewer utilities for this project shall be constructed per the "Indian <br />" River County Technical Specifications" , latest edition . This document can <br /> be purchased from Indian River County Utilities . <br /> C . General <br /> All 16" gate valves shall be horizontally mounted with side actuator <br /> D .
