City/County reserves the right to inspect all facilities of any subcontractor in order to make a <br /> determination as to the foregoing . <br /> 8. FEDERAL AND STATE TAX <br /> The City/County is exempt from Federal Tax and State Tax for Tangible Personal Property. The <br /> Procurement Official will sign an exemption certificate submitted by the successful bidder. Vendors <br /> or contractors doing business with the City/County shall not be exempted from paying sales tax to <br /> their suppliers for materials to fulfill contractual obligations with the City, nor shall any <br /> Vendor/Contractor be authorized to use the City's Tax Exemption Number in securing such <br /> r <br /> materials . <br /> 9 .
