IN THESE INSTANCES, THE SECTIONS OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS SO MODIFIE] <br /> HAVE BEEN DENOTED HEREIN FOR THE CONTRACTOR'S CONVENIENCE REFER TO THE <br /> SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS FOR THE MODIFIED LANGUAGE, <br /> ARTICLE I - DEFINITIONS AND TERMINOLOGY <br /> 9. Change Order--A document recommended by <br /> ENGINEER which is signed by CONTRACTOR and <br /> 1 .01 Defined Terms OWNER and authorizes an addition, deletion, or revision in <br /> the Work or an adjustment in the Contract Price or the <br /> A. Wherever used in the Contract Documents and Contract Times, issued on or after the Effective Date of the <br /> printed with initial or all capital letters, the terms listed Agreement. <br /> below will have the meanings indicated which are <br /> applicable to both the singular and plural thereof. 10.
