<br />missioners' Room at the Indian
<br />River County Courthouse, Vero
<br />Beach, Indian River County, Flor-
<br />ida, consider granting an exclusive
<br />franchise to Southern Gulf Utili-
<br />ties, Inc., for the delivering and
<br />service of sewer and water services
<br />to the following described property
<br />in Indian River County; Florida, to -
<br />wit:
<br />Begin at the Southeast corner
<br />of Government Lot 4, Section
<br />18, Township 33 South, Range
<br />40 East, at its point of inter-
<br />section with the West shore line
<br />of the Indian River; from said
<br />point ofbeginning thence run

<br />and comprising all of Section
<br />23, lying South of the South
<br />Relief Canal, Sections 24, 25,
<br />26 and the South Half of Sec-
<br />tion 13, Township 33 South,
<br />Range 39 East, and all of Sec-
<br />tions 19, 30, and the South
<br />Half of Section 18, Township 33
<br />South, Range 40 East.
<br />Parties in interest and citizens
<br />will be heard by the Board at said
<br />public meeting, this 2nd day of
<br />February, 1960.
