(Additional <br />information may be requested if needed.) <br />D-1. Project budget summary. Provide a one-page project budget summary listing project <br />expenses by major categories. Clearly document deliverable products. <br />D-2. General specifications and plans. Submit a one-page generalized sketch with enough <br />detail that the evaluating committee will understand what is to be constructed. If possible, Ve <br />include sizes and capacities of the project and major components. Fit all drawings on 8%2" by 11" <br />F] <br />paper. Location map. Clearly indicate the location and extent of the project and whether it <br />crosses water management district jurisdictions. Use an 8%2" by 11" format. Show highway <br />intersections or other recognizable landmarks for orientation. The map may be a photocopy of <br />part of a county road map or a U.S. Geological Survey topographic map. Do not send color <br />graphics unless they will reproduce satisfactorily in black and white. <br />D4. Budget documentation.
