The Board requested the County Engineer place no dumping signs in the Gifford area and also on the West `eTabasso Road, or to contact the State Road Department and have them put the signs up. The County Engineer presented two plats one to be called Cherry Wood Estates and the other Sun Acres, Section #2, and stated he would like the Board to approve these plats without a park area as they are both small subdivisions. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Comm- issioner McCullers and unanimously carried, the Board tentatively approves the Plat of Cherry Wood Estates and Sun Acres, Section #2 without a park area. The County Engineer stated that he would like to advertise for -materials for the coming year. Upon 1-otion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and carried, the Board authorized the advertis:i_nu for bids for Road and Bridge materials. The County Engineer stated he had received a letter from the State Road Department with reference to the proposed truck route around the City, and after reading their letter, in his opinion the roads over which the trucks would travel would not hold up to heavy truck traffic.. The Board stated they would not set up a truck route then at this time. The County Engineer stated he was going to be short about $8,000.00 in the Road, Bridge and Culvert account, and upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Waddell and carried, the following Item to'Item Transfer was approved: r? E S O i� IJ T I O N WHERF,AS, there is a total surplus o:i: y ,000.00 in the :oad & Bridge Fund of Indian Liver County under some items and which surplus exists after the payment of all necessary expenditures under such items for the current fiscal year; and WHEREAS, there is a deficiency in funds necessary to provide for the proper and authorized expenditures under some items in the Road & Bridge Fund; and
