Mrs. Anne Christensen, County Welfare Case Worker appeared before the <br />Board and gave a report of her activities for the Month of June, and said <br />report was ordered filed. <br />Mrs. Christensen requested she be allowed to place Warren Donaldson in <br />a nursing home. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCulle rs and unanimously carried, the Board authorized the <br />placing of Warren Donaldson in a nursing home. <br />Mrs. Christensen stated she had received a letter from Mrs. Pettengill <br />and that she would turn over all her money to the county if they would place <br />her in a nursing home for the balance of her life. She further stated she <br />had some $3000.00. The Board told Mrs. Christensen they would leave it up <br />to her what she wanted to do about Mrs. Pettengill and would go along with <br />her decision. <br />Mickey Russell of Wabasso appeared before the Board and asked if the <br />County had decided to leave the fences which the Davis's had put up on the <br />road right of way where they are or whether they were going to have to take <br />them down. The Board stated they were allowing the fences to stand. To <br />further clarify the matter, Motion was made by Commissioner Waddell, seconded <br />by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried as follows: Pursuant to <br />the request of Arnold and Jack Davis that the County temporarily permit that <br />fences be put on the county road right of way maintaining however 25 feet <br />separating the two fence lines. This does not relinquish public rights <br />administered by the County in the entire right of way which has existed for <br />a period of many years from back slope of ditch to back slop of ditch on <br />either side of the road. <br />Homer Fletcher appeared before the Board and requested an extension of <br />time for equalization of the Tax Roll, and upon Motion made by Commissioner <br />McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and carried, the following <br />Resolution was adopted: <br />
