Budget and Finance : (i) To Make recommendations <br /> regarding the financial policies of the Council , (ii) to <br /> review and recommend the annual budget of the <br /> Council , (iii) to carry out other financial duties as may <br /> be assigned by the Board of Directors . <br /> 4 . Membership - To develop methods to solicit and <br /> acquire new members committed to assisting the <br /> Council attain its goals. <br /> Section 6 .3 - Ad Hoc Committees . The Board shall establish Ad Hoc <br /> Committee as deemed necessary. The Nominating Committee shall be an <br /> Ad Hoc committee that shall meet as often as deemed necessary and to <br /> effectuate the slate of officers for the Annual Meeting . The responsibility of <br /> the Nominating Committee shall be to identify talented individuals with the <br /> capacity to make meaningful contributions as a member of the Board . At <br /> least one ( 1 ) member of the Nominating Committee shall have served on <br /> the nominating committee in the previous term . The Past Chair may serve <br /> as Chair. <br /> Section 6 .4 - Additional or Combination of Board Committees. <br /> 6 .4A Additional Board Committees <br /> (A) Composition and Election . The Board , by resolution <br /> adopted by a majority of its members may create one or <br /> more additional Board Committees consisting of at least <br /> three members of the Board .
