That the Zoning Resolution heretofore adopted by the Board there <br />be added under subsection A in Section 7, F-1 Agricultural District, a <br />new paragraph numbered 3 to be as follows: <br />3. The mining of the earth in removing therefrom minerals <br />and other similar substances by hydraulic means or other <br />surface process; provided, however, that the land surface <br />shall be restored to a condition suitable for development <br />for residential use within 43 months from the time of the <br />orig i_nal change of the land surface. That the Zoning Resolution be amended by adding thereto at the <br />end oL' Section 13, General rrovisions, the following: <br />'Where an above ground storage of gasoline, petroleum <br />oils or similar inflammable fluids are permitted, then <br />as to any such facility for storage for a capacity in <br />excess of 500 gallons, there shall be erected and maintained <br />a diked area surrounding it. The volume within the diked <br />area shall be one and onesfourth times the volume of any <br />above ground storage tanks. The minimum width of any earth <br />dike at the top shall be four feet wide, sloped to an appro- <br />priate angle of repose and shall be capable of containing <br />the liquid for a minimum of two days.
