<br />The .Zoning Board further recommended a public hearing before the
<br />Zoning Board be set by this Board for a rezoning of Kenilworth Estates.
<br />Upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Iaamilton
<br />and carried, public hearing before the Zoning Board was ordered.
<br />A recommendation by the County Engineer was read whereby the subdivider
<br />of Heritage Estates will pave 12th street from 20th Avenue to the West
<br />boundary of his subdivision, same being approximately 1000 feet, if the County
<br />will use their equipment to grade the sub -grade and pack the limerock sur-
