Because the County is near completion of Phase I of the West Wabasso Water Line Construction <br /> Project and because that project will be completed under budget, this amendment includes a <br /> request to utilize the funds remaining in the West Wabasso Water Line Construction project to <br /> expand the project area to include the properties in the West Wabasso Phase JI project area. The <br /> residences within this area are more than 51 % low to moderate income.
