Lain : <br /> Corrective action is required for violations of the maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) for total <br /> trihalomethanes (TTHMs) and haloacetic acids (five) (HAA5s) . The Department has been advised of <br /> your intention to construct an interconnect with Indian River County Utilities to provide water to the park, <br /> and the Department concurs that the proposed interconnect will resolve the MCL violations for this <br /> facility. You are advised to proceed expeditiously to return to compliance with primary drinking water <br /> standards . <br /> Please be reminded that: <br /> • All permits and clearances required for construction shall be obtained from the Department . <br /> • Quarterly monitoring for TTHMs and HAA5s shall be continued and results submitted to the <br /> Department within ten days following the month in which the samples were taken or within ten <br /> days following receipt of the results , whichever is sooner. <br /> • Public notice shall be issued every 90 days for as long as the violations exist. Certification of <br /> delivery of public notice, using DEP Form 62 - 555 . 900(22), shall be submitted to the Department <br /> within ten days of issuing each public notice . <br /> We look forward to your cooperation in resolving this matter.
