25 . Property Modifications : The Defendants agree to modify the .Property as <br /> provided for in Exhibit "B " attached hereto . <br /> 25A . Alternate Modifications : The Parties acknowledge that the modifications agreed <br /> to in Exhibit "B" to paragraph 25 will be made pursuant to the ADAAG Standards if readily <br /> achievable (as discussed herein) . However, should any governmental entity determine that (i ) <br /> any of the aforementioned modifications be non-compliant with applicable building codes or <br /> regulations; or (ii ) the aforementioned modifications will not be approved without extensive <br /> additional or costly changes, the Defendants, their design professionals and/or their contractors <br /> will make altemate modifications to the Property which they believe in good faith will make the <br /> Property accessible to the disabled.
