INC. Effective Date: October 1, <br />2007, <br />Minimum Specification Requirements as follows: <br />Construction Materials Testing Services <br />The scope of work described in this proposal is based on our review of civil engineering <br />drawings prepared by Indian River County Department of Public Works, dated October 17, <br />2007, and our experience with similar projects. <br />Field Observations & Testing <br />• Earthwork observations by a senior technician during the de -mucking operation and the <br />proof -rolling of "strip grade" within the roadway alignment. <br />• In-place density testing during placement of the roadway fill. Density tests will be <br />performed at a frequency of one (1) test every 200 lineal feet of roadway, within the <br />proposed alignment, for each 1 -foot of backfill placed. <br />• In-place density testing during backfilling of two (2) culvert pipes.
