Effective Date : October 1 , <br /> 2007 , <br /> Minimum Specification Requirements as follows : <br /> Construction Materials Testing Services <br /> The scope of work described in this proposal is based on our review of civil engineering <br /> drawings prepared by Indian River County Department of Public Works, dated October 17, <br /> 2007 , and our experience with similar projects . <br /> Field Observations & Testing <br /> • Earthwork observations by a senior technician during the de-mucking operation and the <br /> proof-rolling of "strip grade" within the roadway alignment. <br /> • In-place density testing during placement of the roadway fill . Density tests will be <br /> performed at a frequency of one ( 1 ) test every 200 lineal feet of roadway, within the <br /> proposed alignment, for each 1 -foot of backfill placed. <br /> • In-place density testing during backfilling of two (2) culvert pipes .
