/ 4 � j6 <br /> / 7 ,r� 3 <br /> 001 - <br /> AMENDMENT NUMBER 7 TO WORK ORDER NUMBER 1 <br /> This Amendment Number 7 to Work Order Number 1 ("Amendment" ) is entered into <br /> as of this 16 day of December, 2008 ( " Effective Date") pursuant to that certain Wetland <br /> Operation and Maintenance Contract Agreement for Professional Services dated entered <br /> into as of August 12 , 2003 ( "Agreement" ) , by and between Indian River County , a political <br /> subdivision of the State of Florida (" County" ) and Ecotech Consultants , Inc . ( " Consultant") . <br /> 1 . The County has selected the Consultant to perform the professional services set <br /> forth in Work Order Number 1 dated as of November 16 , 2004 , <br /> 2 . The County and the Consultant desire to amend Work Order Number 1 as set <br /> forth in Exhibit 1 attached to this Amendment and made a part hereof by this reference , all <br /> in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement . <br /> 3 . From and after the Effective Date of this Amendment , Work Order Number 1 is <br /> amended as set forth in this Amendment .
