EXHIBIT 1 <br /> ATTACHMENT I <br /> INDIAN RIVER UTILITIES DEPARTMENT <br /> NORTH COUNTY BRINE DISPOSAL <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> This Amendment modifies the scope of work as issued to Ecotech Consultants, Inc . for assisting the <br /> County with wetland design, permitting, and construction services . During the construction phase <br /> of the Spoonbill Brine Disposal project, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) <br /> monitoring of the project has resulted in revisions and additions to the Contract Plans, which may <br /> or may not result in Contractor change orders . This amendment provides for preparing modifications <br /> to the Spoonbill Marsh project plans as requested by the FDEP. This Amendment is being <br /> implemented at this time to provide professional environmental and engineering services by Ecotech <br /> Consultants, Inc . (ETC) and Masteller & Moler, Inc . (M&M) associated with the project described <br /> above. <br /> A brief description of the scope of services for this Amendment is provided below: <br /> Task 1 . FDEP Construction Plans Modifications <br /> ETC and M&M will provide revisions to the contract plans requested by FDEP . Specifically, these <br /> revisions will include changing the width of the boardwalk on the eastern site boundary from four <br /> feet to six feet, alterations to the silt fence type and layout, and the pipe location in the access road <br /> (along the southern site boundary) cross section. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
