ETC will meet with USACOE staff on- site to inspect surface water and vegetation conditions . ETC <br /> will conduct a pre-application meeting with USACOE staff in the Merritt Island office, and will meet <br /> one additional time with USACOE staff in the Merritt Island office to discuss the ERP application, <br /> if necessary. <br /> ETC will assist the County with preparation of responses to requests for additional information <br /> (RAI) letters received from the USACOE for the ERP application . This assistance shall be limited <br /> to two USACOE RAI letters . <br /> Task 8 . Consumptive Use Permit <br /> ETC will assist the County with the preparation of the consumptive use permit (CUP ) application . <br /> One copy of the draft application will be provided to the County for review . ETC will modify the <br /> draft application as appropriate in response to comments received from the County, after the County <br /> completes their review of the draft application . ETC will provide the County with one copy of the <br /> CUP application for review and signature . The County shall be responsible for all permit fees <br /> associated with the CUP . <br /> ETC will meet with St . Johns River Water Management District (District) staff on- site to inspect <br /> surface water conditions . ETC will conduct a pre- application meeting with District staff in the Palm <br /> Bay office . <br /> ETC will assist the County with preparation of responses to requests for additional information <br /> (RAI) letters received from the District for the CUP application . This assistance shall be limited to <br /> two District RAI letters . <br /> Task 9 . Transmission Pipeline Permit Assistance <br /> ETC w ill a ssist t he C ounty w ith t he p reparation o f t he F lorida D epartment o f E nvironmental <br /> Protection (FDEP) construction permit application for the transmission pipeline from the Bent Pine <br /> RIB Site to the wetland site . Specifically, this assistance will be limited to issues relating to <br /> wetlands , wildlife, the County arbor ordinance, and historic and archaeological resources . This <br /> information will be provided to the County to be included in the FDEP construction permit <br /> application for the pipeline . <br /> One draft copy of this information will be provided to the County for review . ETC will modify the <br /> environmental information as appropriate in response to comments received from the County, after <br /> the County completes their review of the information . ETC will provide the County with one copy <br /> (hard copy and electronic format) ofthe environmental information . The County shall be responsible <br /> for all permit fees associated with this permit . <br />
