(a) On that part of State Road 5 above described, 55 miles per <br />hour during the daytime.and 45 miles per hour during the nighttime. <br />(b) On the section of above described State Roads S-607 and <br />S-611, 45 miles per hour during the day time and during the nighttime. <br />and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies hereof be <br />forwarded to the State Road Department of Florida, both the District Office <br />at Fort Lauderdale and the Headquarters at Tallahassee. <br />Mr. Harold S. Winner appeared before the Board representing property <br />owners of the land acquired fror;. Brevard County, protesting to the high <br />taxes in that area. The Board informed Mr. Winner these people should <br />have appeared at the Equalization meeting. After some further discussion <br />as to the proposed A -1-A road in that section, Motion was made by Comm- <br />issioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously <br />carried, and the following Resolution was adopted: <br />RLSO:JJTION NO. 61-b <br />S, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, are now engaged in obtaining the right of way for State Road <br />n. -1-A, Section 58070-2531, extending from the former North fine of <br />Indian River County to the Sebastian Inlet, and <br />'!H EAS, in various locations through this property there are <br />various and sundry existing public rights of ways including Plats of <br />record and dedicated rights of ways in all recorded subdivisions except <br />Sebastian Inlet Subdivision, and there are other rights of ways existing' <br />by ;public use and maintenance and through reservations made by the <br />Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida in <br />conveyances under the Murphy Act, Now, Therefore; <br />
