R E S 0 L U.T 10 N -- No. 61-3 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that this Board does herewith find <br />and determine as follows: <br />1. That Leon J. Deming and Lola Faye Deming, his wife, <br />and Walter Nielsen and Marion Nielsen,_his wife, on the talfday of <br />December, A. D. 1960, at a meeting of said Board, has filed a Pe- <br />tition before this Board requesting this Board to adopt a Resolution <br />closing, vacating and abolishing that part of the public road, street <br />and'right-of-way lying between the Indian River and Lots 201 to 203 <br />inclusive, on the Plat of Orchid Island Unit No. 1, as recorded in <br />Plat Book 4, page 3, Indian River County public records, it being <br />designated on said Plat as Indian River Drive. <br />2. That this Board has published two weeks' notice thereof <br />one time in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general cir- - <br />culation published in Indian River County, Florida, said Notice being <br />published at least two weeks prior to the date stated therein for <br />such public hearing. <br />3. That said part of the public road, street and right-of- <br />way above described is not a State or Federal road and is not main- <br />tained by the State of Florida and is not located within the corporate <br />limits of any municipality and is located in Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />4. That a public hearing thereon has been held by the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in <br />the offices of said Board in the Indian River County Court House, <br />Vero Beach, Florida, on(,. ,// <br />o'clock A.
