<br />After some discussion, Commissioner Waddell made a Motion ,that the Architect
<br />and County Engineer review the bids starting with the low bid and the Board'
<br />accept the bid that in their opinion is the most favorable. Said Motion
<br />was seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and unanimously carried.

<br />The Board of County Commis-
<br />sioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, will receive bids to the
<br />hour of 9:00 o'clock A. M. Febru-
<br />ary 21, 1961 and at the same time
<br />publicly open the same at a meet-
<br />ing of said Board in the Indian
<br />River County Courthouse, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida for sale to the
<br />County.
<br />Lump sum bid for ten spans of
<br />deformed concrete reinforcing steel,
<br />cut, bent, bundled and tagged in
<br />bundles for each type of bar and
<br />each span, as per County reinforc-
<br />ing bar billing for concrete bridges.
<br />Approximately 26,000 lbs. Reinforc-
<br />ing bar bill available at office of
<br />County Engineer, Courthouse, Vero
<br />Beach, Florida.
