RESOLUTION NO. 61-8 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend- <br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in <br />relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All of that property lying within a distance of 150 feet <br />East of the Old Dixie Highway extending from the South <br />boundary of the property described as follows: <br />The North one (1) acre of that part lying East of <br />the Old Dixie Highway of the following described <br />property, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of the South - <br />west quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section <br />12, Township 33 South, Range 39 East,'. thence run <br />East 7. 83 chains; thence South 220 yards; thence <br />West 7. 83 chains; thence North 220 yards to point <br />of beginning; <br />Northerly to the South boundary of the following des- <br />cribed property: <br />Run West along center section line a distance of <br />805.2 feet; thence South at an angle of 89 degrees <br />57 minutes a distance of 730.2 feet to point of <br />beginning; thence continue South at an angle of 89 <br />degrees 57 minutes a distance of 150 feet; thence <br />run West 487. 82 feet to East line of Dixie Highway; <br />thence run Northwesterly on Easterly line of said <br />Dixie Highway a distance of 159.2 feet; ;;thence run <br />East a distance of 541.32 feet to point of beginning; <br />Section 12, Township 33 South, Range 39 East; <br />be changed from R-1, Single Family District, to C-1 A, Restricted Commer- <br />cial <br />ommer-cial District; provided, however, that as to each parcel of property covered <br />in the above described change in zoning, the same shall not become effective <br />unless and until a right of way has•been conveyed to the County for public road <br />SMITH, DIAMOND & HEATH, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA <br />
