A union steward or a union <br /> representative may accompany the grievant at the meeting if the union is not the grievant. <br /> The County Administrator or his designee shall reach a decision . and communicate it in <br /> writing to the grievant with a copy to the union if it is not the grievant within ten calendar <br /> days (excluding weekends or County-recognized holidays) from the date the grievance was <br /> presented to him .
