This coverage will be extended to other hazardous <br /> activities , if approved by the Director of Emergency Services , after a request <br /> for approval of such paid disability has been made by the EMS Chief. The <br /> Director's approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br /> 26 . 11 Bargaining unit employees shall not be entitled to light or restricted duty for <br /> non-duty related illness , injury , or condition (such as pregnancy) , except as <br /> required by applicable law. <br /> 26 . 12 Bargaining unit employees shall be eligible for up to 12 weeks of Family and <br /> Medical Leave in any twelve-month period , in accordance with , and under <br /> the terms of, the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 .
